We achieve this through diagnosis, design, training and delivery:
Diagnosis: a clear external view of the existing situation and the potential to improve
Design: joint working to build a rigorous management process, effective tools and the right skills in the management team
Training: both ‘hearts and minds’ and the rigorous disciplined implementation that delivers a consistent approach to operations management – using external resources to deliver quickly or a train-the-trainer approach to leverage clients’ own staff and embed knowledge within the organisation
Delivery: Transparent Consulting is prepared to put up to 20% of its fees dependent on delivery of results agreed with the client at the outset of the project.
