We are UK based consultants with substantial experience of working with service operations.

We have public sector and private sector experience with banks, insurance, credit card companies, government agencies, telecoms, retail, automotive and NHS. Our employee engagement work is based on our belief in the value of stakeholder feedback and engagement at all times and especially during periods of change. Our operations management projects typically include performance management consulting, training design, training delivery and performance improvement.

Our Integrated Service Management approach 'ISM5' covers the impacts that the business has on five stakeholder groups: Staff, Customers, Owners, Regulators and Environment, so that operations can maintain a healthy balance as they seek to bring about improvement in any one area.

We co-operate with leading companies across the operations management space: SGSA, Best Practice and Trinity Horne for training solutions, contact centre system provider NICE Systems, business intelligence and software experts Concentra and feedback systems providers I.MCreative and CFS-Europe.
